Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. Enjoy private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views and a 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to the pork & lamb to the grains. We offer 7 intimate private tables per evening. Reservations are required & limited. $145/per person++

Reservations are released weekly on Mondays for the following 3 weeks. We are generally open Wednesdays - Sundays. We do allow pre-booking for parties of 6+. The experience at the Black Cat Farm is one like no other. The service is fantastic, the views and ambiance are unmatched. The food is delicious, fresh as can be, and plentiful. This truly is something special- and the family and team that runs it are special. The passion for food and agriculture is evident- and the time was taken by the owner/ chef to share and explain this magical place. It is a pricey evening, for sure, but if you are looking for a once in a lifetime- completely unique dining experience, it will not disappoint.

A warm and inviting atmosphere awaits you at Cache Cache. A little bit of heart goes into each dish prepared and local ingredients are sourced when they're available. Eat lightly, enjoying some appetizers in the lounge or enjoy a full sit-down dinner with several mouth-watering entrees.

Start out your visit at Cache Cache with royal osetra caviar, Alaskan king crab or Hudson Valley Fois Gras Terrine. Entrees include a main dish with two sides and a sauce to complement your meal. Calf's liver, Colorado rack of lamb and Boulder natural rotisserie chicken are just a few of the options. Ask the sommelier to pair a wine with your meal. The desserts at Cache Cache are simply scrumptious and include house biscotti with espresso ice cream, assorted gelato and sorbetti flavors.

Wonderful ambience and fun bar. Food was amazing I had the salmon and my husband the lamb we were very happy with our selections. We come to this restaurant every time we visit Aspen, it’s a must!

Thank you for visiting Kenichi Izakaya Carbondale. An Izakaya is a type of informal Japanese pub. At sake breweries during the late 18th century, people in Japan began using sake kegs as stools, and snacks were served. This small plate menu was designed to encourage sharing amongst friends and family. Food is prepared in multiple kitchens and arrives as it is ready to ensure freshness. We make most of our menu in-house, from scratch, and use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

If no reservations are available, please note that we do have walk in apcae at our bar and sushi bar. We hope to see you!

Food, service, everything was just so amazing. Our server Forrest was so knowledgeable about saki and helped us pick some unique options. We dined in on Friday night and periodically over the weekend my partner and I would randomly turn to each other and say, "Remember how delicious Izakaya was?" We miss those fresh flavors already. Highly recommend the lobster bao buns and seared salmon. We can't wait to come back for another date night!

Our globes can host up to 6 guests. There are no pre-set menus & guests will be able to order from our a la carte menu options. Globes will be reserved up to 15 minutes past your reservation time, after which the reservation will be released & charged the cancellation fee. A wonderful breakfast at the Omni. The food, ambience, attentiveness of waitstaff, and overall atmosphere was fantastic. This place will now be in our usual rotation of Sunday morning brunch spots.
