Best Breweries in Newtown Square

We where celebrating our daughters last day of chemo, I had made reservations for 4:30, but she got done early. The manager okayed it that we could come in 1 1/2 hours earlier. All of the staff was extremely pleasant, polite and very happy to make sure you had the best experience. The food was fantastic!!!! Yes we brought a lot home but we ordered a lot, because it all sounded so good. The only thing I regret is not tipping our waitress more money she was fan nominal!! And I don’t remember her name. Only because I am not good at names. Will definitely be a returning customer!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first experience at Brauhaus Schmitz. The atmosphere is casual and the food was very good. Our server was very attentive and willing to answer questions and make recommendations. We'll definitely go back.

What a welcomed surprise. Drove from NJ coast to enjoy some time in Brandywine valley and found this absolute GEM. Our server Patrick was outstanding, charming and engaging. I was impressed to find a variety of hand pulled Ales from which to choose and We started with soup…. English onion and NE clam chowder and both were superb. Salads to follow, wedge salad for me and Beet salad for my wife. Once again spot on. Serving were more than ample. Dessert for the Mrs. followed and coffee. Over all an extremely relaxing lunch and very cost effective. This place gets 5 stars on all levels so do not miss out on the Crown Tsvetn as it is an absolute must. Bravo Zulu to owners and staff.

Wow we’re very happy to hear that Iron Hill opened under new ownership in Center City. The service and food were great as always. As soon as we walked in the door the hostess asks if we were the party with a reservation. Despite it not being too busy when we arrived, she had reserved a large both for our party. How nice! Our server was great, too. He didn’t rush us, but was prompt and very responsive to our requests. We’ll be sure to go to Iron Hill the next time we’re in Center City.

We returned again as we all enjoyed it so much the last time! I had calamari, dairy free👏🏻👏🏻 the others had chicken burger and 2 pizzas with a side of lots of fries! Feedback on the pizzas was they were excellent! The calamari for me was perfect! Thank you for excellent service! The only issue was the music was so loud even the server couldn't hear our order🙈
