Just opened 14 Feb 2022!Walking into Emilia’s Wood Wharf will be like entering a bustling trattoria in Italy’s Emilia Romagna region with an ambience created by natural terracotta-plastered walls bathed in natural light, rustic Iroko furniture, creamy crema marfil marble counters and hand-painted Italian tiles. Chefs making fresh pasta greet diners at the window in a special dedicated custom-made area visible from all sides. Tiella Trattoria & Bar is chef Dara Klein's debut restaurant, housed in a 170 year old former Victorian pub on London's iconic Columbia Road. Tiella is an homage to Dara's parents trattoria that she was raised in, Maria Pia's. Drawing on her Pugliese heritage and her upbringing in Emilia-Romagna, Dara's cooking focuses on regional specialities that change with the seasons.     As soon as we arrived we were greeted by lovely staff and given complimentary garlic bread. The service was impeccable and the staff were very helpful and giving us directions to our next venue. The food was incredible, piping hot and delicious. We were given a large complementary lemoncello at the end of our meal. The restaurant has a very good vibe and the decor is fantastic. The location is lovely being next to the river and I would definitely recommend and will be returning. 5*

    What a great evening. We each had lots of fun celebrating my birthday at Emilia’s. The staff were so friendly, the food and drinks were delicious. Each of us are planning to go back. Would highly recommend.

    Second visit with my sister for pre theatre meal food was unbelievably delicious. My sister had veal that just melted in the mouth I had king prawn and crabmeat linguine that was amazing.
