    The institute tour was fantastic, especially the taste and flavor exercise. We were disappointed the bakery was closed on a Saturday because we would have loved to bring home some baked items. That said, dinner at American Bounty was unbelievable. The food, service, and professionalism were outstanding. We were truly impressed with the students’ effort and attention to detail throughout the entire experience.

    Dined at the Medici several times - and never a disappointment. Impeccable service and attention to detail from wing greeted by the hostess, variety of servers and staff. Food as always was savory with the variety of sauces exquisitely complementing the fare. Highly recommend the experience

    The food was delicious! The main menu looked wonderful, but then they hit us with the specials. We all had something really yummy from the specials. I love that you can see right into the kitchen .through a large cutout in the wall and watch the chef(s) cook. Beautiful decor. Highly recommend.
