ENCINO, YOU BETTER PAY ATTENTION… MIZUMI SUSHI IS HERE! 🔥🍣 I’m genuinely excited about this place! Ventura Blvd. desperately needed a beautiful sushi spot like this, and Mizumi Sushi might just be exactly what the neighborhood has been waiting for. This restaurant is only THREE MONTHS OLD, and I’m already rooting for them to blow up. They deserve the attention, the recognition, and all the hype coming their way. From the moment you walk in, you get the feeling that someone really put thought into this place. It’s sexy, stylish, professional, and welcoming all at the same time. Honestly, it has that Hollywood feel, but right here in Encino. The atmosphere alone makes you want to sit down, order a little bit of everything, and enjoy the evening. And that’s exactly what we did! We ordered plenty of dishes just to get a feel for the menu, and everything that came out had us wanting another bite. The fish was fresh, beautifully presented, and clean-tasting. No unpleasant fishy smell, no off-putting taste, just fresh sushi done right. On top of that, the servers were absolutely top-notch. Attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. You know when you walk into a new restaurant and you can just feel that it has potential? That’s Mizumi for me. I genuinely wish the owners and the entire team nothing but success. Keep those standards high, keep that quality consistent, and I have no doubt this place can become a neighborhood favorite. Chef Kohei is fantastic! He’s a talented and attentive chef whose care shines through in his creations. The food is delicious, satisfying, and full of quality, making for a memorable meal. The staff are warm and friendly, adding to the welcoming experience. A wonderful combination of great food and thoughtful service, highly recommend!
