The owner Ahmad Tuba is originally from Syria but he used to own a Lebanese world music bar and restaurant in London called Darbucka. Ahmad’s vision is to bring freshly prepared authentic Lebanese food to Oxford. Quality and taste are his priorities. Feedback so far is encouraging, his customers are delighted with the taste of his fluffy falafel, babganoush, fatayer, home-made humous and many more savoury treats.
