The owner Ahmad Tuba is originally from Syria but he used to own a Lebanese world music bar and restaurant in London called Darbucka. Ahmad’s vision is to bring freshly prepared authentic Lebanese food to Oxford. Quality and taste are his priorities. Feedback so far is encouraging, his customers are delighted with the taste of his fluffy falafel, babganoush, fatayer, home-made humous and many more savoury treats. However it is the bread and Lebanese pizzas coming straight from the clay oven that is really making people talk and come back for more. Come and taste for yourself. You will not be disappointed, only craving more of the food from Pomegranate.
