Very supple and smooth unlike arugula massed produced in the states. Sea bass was cooked to perfection. Margaritas to our specification perfectly executed. Ceviche with fried capers was fresh and melt in your mouth. We have been eating here around once a year since 2018. It seems to only get better. Recommend!
