She was kind enough to offer to take a family photo of us in front of their beautiful mural. Thanks, Lou Lou staff!More infoLou Lou in Middletown$$$$• Cajun• Middletown•4.6

The carpaccio was fantastic. (The Dijon is delicious against the peppery arugula.) I also had the lasagna. The bolognese was delicious. The lasagna noodles were a little over-salted which was the only downside to the meal. My husband had the Cacio e Pepe and Italian chop salad which he said was very good as well. We got a sourdough brownie for dessert which was phenomenal. All in all a great meal for our anniversary. I will be back for that Caprese and hopefully another brownie. 😊More infoGrassa Gramma$$$$• Italian• Westport Rd - Lyndon•4.6
- DDavidGoldCentral Kentucky •72 reviews5.0Dined on May 1, 2026We came to Paseo on Kentucky Oaks night as a protest to the action by Churchill Downs to shut out local restaurants by staging the Oaks for later in the evening. But we know about Paseo, so it was not only a protest, it was an anticipated pleasure. It lived up to that. Excellent food, superb service and comfortable ambiance. The dining area is surprisingly quiet, even when busy. Perhaps it's the higher ceiling. Don't know. But it makes for a more enjoyable evening than a place that is too noisy to hear your dinner guests. The evening was pricier with Derby pricing. Again, not a surprise. But Paseo is very affordable on a regular night. A special shoutout to our server, Lexi. We'll be back after Derby.More infoPaseo$$$$• Contemporary European• Highlands - Bardstown Rd / Taylorsville Rd•4.7
