I got the special which was blackened cod and my husband got the spare rib pasta- both were amazing!! Ended with the beignets - delicious!! Highly recommend for a great dinner out for any occasion. Walking through the front doors is literally like stepping through a time portal into a beautiful, theatrical, Old-World Italian setting. The atmosphere is incredible—it's alive with high-energy vibes, fun dining rituals, and plenty of toasting that makes you feel like you're part of a grand celebration. The food is just as spectacular as the environment. Everything we ate was phenomenal, with a heavy and delicious focus on their house-made pastas. I also have to give a massive shoutout to our waiter, Parker Sizemore, who took the entire experience to the next level with his attentive and outstanding service. If you want phenomenal food, an unforgettable ambiance, and top-tier service, you absolutely have to check this place out!More infoGrassa Gramma$$$$• Italian• Westport Rd - Lyndon•4.6

A restaurant anchored to an urban, boutique hotel. Guests? 7 days a week. The hotel needs to feed the clientele. For those of us who are locals, this provides a table on Sunday night. Or Monday night. We too, work the week around. We want a table in an enviroment that has people, but not crowds. Conversation among people but not revelry. An ambience that isn't silent but offers background music that can be heard over our conversation. Service. Confident. Experienced. Without either unnecessary absenses or overbearing hovering. An opportunity to be served by capable people. Food? Of course. Always. Choices are adequate. Especially for an evening where most people are home, not looking for supper. Served around relaxed dining. Drinks. Conversation. Appetizers. At the right time, supper. All relaxed. But that's service, not food, right? The food has had wonderful attention. Corn pudding for an appetizer? Of course. A custard, creamy and hot. With kernals of corn that are a delightful counter point. A brush of crumbs across the top. Toasted. Then salmon. Carefully boldened with citris. And pasta with house-made sausage. Delicate. Tired of your own kitchen on a late night after work? Need a quiet space to converse with someone and wind down? Need food beyond simple sustenance? Try Paseo.More infoPaseo$$$$• Contemporary European• Highlands - Bardstown Rd / Taylorsville Rd•4.7
