Best Mediterranean Restaurants in Ewa Beach

First time here but have been wanting to come based on friends that shared excellent experience with food and service. It did not disappoint! We shared the Cesar salad which romaine lettuce was fresh and crispy. I probably could have had a little less anchovies but it was still very good! Then we had roasted eggplant risotto w/ chicken turmeric pieces and this was delicious! The chicken was not part of the risotto dish but since I also wanted to try the turmeric chicken the server suggested to add a few pieces on the dish. Great suggestion! We also had the hen on wood mushroom in pita wrap and that too was excellent! Overall the food was great but the service was EXCELLENT! Our server gave us a sample of their popular carrot cake as she knew we were stuffed but wanted us to sample as it was also another popular dish! We will definitely return but will want to try their dinner menu which has a little more items. We were so excited to eat that I forgot to take pictures!

This was our fourth time dining at Istanbul, and it just keeps getting better and better! The food is absolutely delicious, creative, and beautifully prepared. There is such a great energy in the restaurant, and everything from the specialty cocktail menu to the unique Turkish desserts makes the experience well worth the visit. We continue to be impressed every time we dine here and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Hay Tree was one of most exceptional experiences we have ever had. The food was outstanding. Service impeccable and the Oceanside seating was beautiful.
