    Had a wonderful dinner celebrating our 29tj wedding anniversary. Juan and Hunter, our service team, were spot on in catering to our every need. Great sushi roll appetizer, expertly cooked ribeye steak, incredible size of Texas veal chop, and a lovely chocolate pistachio tart. Wines by the glass selections were excellent. A very memorable special occasion.

    Very nice restaurant. Food and service is great. Good ambience. The only downside is the noise level. I’m not a fan of having to shout to be heard, and not able to hear the people at my table without leaning in. Too bad. If you eat at 5 pm there’s no noise and very enjoyable.

    This is one of my favorite restaurants in Nassau County. Their Prix Fixe is available on Sundays-Thursdays and is a tremendous value for the price, and unlike some other restaurants you have many different delicious choices. Whether getting the Prix Fixe or ordering off of the regular menu the food is expertly prepared and served by some of the friendliest and most professional servers anywhere. The crispy rice appetizer is delicious and the portion size is very good. The strip steak or the marinated skirt steak is a delicious main dish option with the best creamed spinach on Long Island in my opinion. We are hosting some friends from Mississippi who were looking for an amazing New York dining experience and Rare 650 was the perfect choice.

    Always top notch service and quality food. The Maple Bacon is epic and the steak is always the headliner. Staff and Managers are attentive and friendly. Bottom line, a typical dinner at Rothmans.
