    Amazing restaurant. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the hospitality team truly delivers exceptional service. Every course, from starters and salads to main dishes and desserts, is consistently delicious. I especially appreciate their commitment to sourcing local ingredients within a 50-mile radius, which really shows in the quality and flavor. The dry-aged meats are outstanding. I have very high standards when it comes to food and service, and this place not only meets them, it exceeds them. I can’t wait to come back!!!

    This was our second time to Hell or High Water, and first time on the rooftop area. We LOVED IT! The food was outstanding, cocktail (hubby) and wine (me) were great. Our server Madison was professional, friendly, and awesome. We had 5 small plates between the 2 of us, and we left very satisfied.
