Best Gluten Free Restaurants in Happy Valley

The Fireside was a wonderful evening getaway for our family. From the service to the ambiance & warm comfy atmosphere to our delicious meals! Its really a wonderful Portland gem! The brussel sprouts are to die for!

Went to Mama Mia Trattoria on a first date with someone from Hinge. Beautiful atmosphere, great food, accommodating service, great prices, with one of the best Happy Hour menus I've seen in Portland! Could not recommend more!

My wife loves Mexican and South American cuisine, so I decided to take her here for date night, and we absolutely loved it! Although we didn’t get a chance to try any of the entrées, we sampled several of the restaurant’s small plates, and everything was fantastic. The corn and cheese empanadas were delicious, the Brussels sprouts were perfectly complemented by their flavorful sauce, and the yucca fries were spot on! We had a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to coming back to explore more of the menu!

We've tried other "special occasion" restaurants around town and we always keep coming back to Oma's Hideaway. It's on our list of Top 5 Most Memorable Meals Ever. I've never used the phrase "life changing" in regards to a meal before - until now. Oma's is in a league of its own.

This was my first time at Melting Pot, but I dined with friends who had been before, and they definitely made the right recommendation to do so. All of us ordered a seasonal four-course set, and all of us would do it exactly the same again. Every course was absolutely incredible, and all of the staff were wonderful to interact with. This is honestly a restaurant I would consider a true hidden gem in Portland as it is located underground with an entrance that is very easy to miss.
