Everything from start to finish was absolutely exceptional. Without question, this is the best Italian restaurant we’ve ever experienced. The carpaccio was incredible, and you could truly taste the freshness and quality in every dish. The pastas and gnocchi were clearly handmade and perfectly prepared. We ordered the gnocchi sorrentina, gnocchi salsiccia, tagliatelle ragu, and the fritto misto — every single dish was outstanding. The service matched the food perfectly. Angelina was warm, personable, knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly efficient throughout the evening. We enjoyed our experience so much that we actually canceled our reservation at another restaurant the following night just so we could return to Terra & Acqua a second time. Our only disappointment was not having the opportunity to meet the owner and executive chef, Simone Parisi, to personally compliment him and talk about Florence — my birthplace as well.

I’m familiar with the Columbia Restaurant and love the food, the ambiance. This visit included family from Alabama. The entire experience was amazing and enjoyed by all. The service was perfect and the food was as well.

My wife and I had excellent service and delicious meals. She had the lasagna and I had the baked ziti. Both were great and the serving size was more than we could eat. We also shared one of the best cannolis we’ve ever had.

We both ordered the filet- it was cooked to perfection!! Tiramisu was excellent- a great way to end the meal.
