The original Vickers Tavern has been completely renovated, and the White Dog Cafe has preserved the building's history while adding chic farmhouse aesthetics and dog-themed decor.     I genuinely just love this place. I’ve never ordered something I didn’t like, the staff is so nice and the atmosphere is everything. They have an expansive porch in the back and every table that’s not under the awning, has an umbrella. My personal favorite drink is the Honey Comb mocktail. Overall, 5 stars from me.

    Jill our server was outstanding. The prime rib was cooked to perfection. The clam chowder was outstanding. I think they tweaked their clam chowder recipe and the clam chowder was the best.

    The staff are so helpful! Despite making a last minute reservation with our 2 daughters for mothers day, the staff were ready for us when we got there. Although we requested 2 highchairs, they only had 1 available- but creatively got us set up at a great table with a bench where our toddler could still sit. As soon as another chair opened up, they brought it right over. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. The food was great and we were not waiting long at all. it was a very enjoyable mother's day lunch!
