    We went to American Ale House before my son‘s graduation from Penn State University. It was a very busy day for them, but in spite of that, everything was perfect. The food was delicious. Our server, Ameree, was excellent. We can’t thank you enough for enhancing our memorable day!!!

    Truly the best meal I have had in State College in decades! The chef outdid himself, wonderful seasonings and balance, perfectly cooked! The oyster appetizer was divine, bib lettuce salad with strawberries was delicious and the seafood Bouillabaisse was perfection! I highly recommend!

    I had a nice leisurely lunch with a couple of old friends who happened to be passing through the State College area. The food was very good. We spent a long time catching-up and reminiscing and did not feel pressure to "hurry up" at all. Highly recommend this spot for a leisurely lunch.
