Tupelo is a chef-driven restaurant in Park City, led by Chef Matt Harris, a James Beard Award semifinalist. We're minutes from Park City Mountain and historic Main Street. The menu starts with the people who grow, raise, and make our ingredients. We've traveled far and wide to meet small-scale and artisanal producers and see their work firsthand. We use what's in season from local Utah farmers, as well as our own micro farm in nearby Midway.The menu changes often. Expect dishes like buttermilk biscuits, Idaho trout, or elk bolognese next to plates inspired by wherever we've been lately. The wine list has held Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence every year since 2016, and the bar pours cocktails made with the same care as the kitchen.Come for date night, a celebration, or dinner with the whole family (kids welcome). Yuta was the name the Ute Indians called the area and themselves, meaning "mountain top" or "people who live high is the mountains." Legend has it, when Spanish explorers arrived and asked the natives what this area was called, they were told "YUTA." Its mountains have seen many cultures pass through or inhabit, starting with the Uto-Aztecan Native Americans; then, the Utes. As US western expansion continued, more cultures moved through the area – from as far away as Eastern Europe and China. Drawing on all of these cultures, we are defining a regional cuisine true to Utah, featuring a wood-burning hearth, and with Lynsey Gammon, our Blue Sky farmer who uses the ultimate in organic farming practices.
