The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat.We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

    It was our first time going to Avenida Brazil, The service was amazing from the moment we entered the parking lot, valet guy was friendly. The host was very polite and greeted us with a smile. Our server Eduardo was absolutely amazing giving is suggestions on what would be a good wine and cocktails. Letting us know what meats were going around. And the servers that were walking around always polite and attentive to us. Absolutely amazing!

    It was a shopping night ant the mall and we reserved with OpenTable at Whiskey Cake for dinner. The hostess was very friendly and the waitress was an absolute professional. She made a recommendation for my wife and was on top of everything we could have wanted. The iced tea was surprisingly refreshing. I had the New York strip with potatoes and it was cooked perfectly with a perfectly brazed crust and warm pink center. The housekeeping was great and I feel it was a perfect value for the quality. I would recommend my friends and family to go and will definitely be back.

    We celebrated our 20th anniversary at Parkwood American Grille, and they truly made the night special. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with a beautifully handwritten congratulations note welcoming us to our table, alongside a complimentary glass of champagne to toast to 20 years together. The ambiance was perfect for a milestone date night, but the food absolutely stole the show. Every single thing we ordered was incredible—they are doing something seriously amazing in that kitchen. Between the top-tier service, the incredibly thoughtful personal touches, and the phenomenal meal, we couldn’t have asked for a better celebration. We will definitely be back!
