The Southern Tea Room & Candy Martini Bar, located inside Fork of the South at The Factory in Franklin, blends Southern charm with English tea traditions. Enjoy mismatched china, vintage teacups, and a whimsical setting. Our 75-minute daytime tea includes pastries, sandwiches, sweets, soup, salad, and your own teapot for $50. Children 11 and under are $30 and receive a scaled-down version of the full experience. Evening tea begins at 5 PM and features a more savory menu with charcuterie bites, warm biscuits, and optional candy-inspired cocktails from our Candy Martini Bar. Ideal for date nights, celebrations, or girls’ night out. Parties of 5 or fewer are seated together; groups of 6+ at nearby tables. Seats up to 28 guests. A credit card is required. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged $25 per guest. Please include any dietary restrictions and number of children when booking. Private events available Monday and Tuesday for parties of 10 or more.

    We love Etch. The food is truly special. The creativity with vegetables in particular takes center stage. The horseradish Caesar salad presented with both a savory mousse and creamy garlic dressing, parmesan crips and fresh grated parm is a masterpiece. The roasted salmon with a fried rice cake, roasted carrots and two colorful sauces hit the mark and beyond. The staff is charming, attentive and thoughtful. We will be back again and again. It is a go-to destination for celebrating life's milestones.

    This experience was so wonderful, it could not have been better! The owner served our tea and she is such an amazing person! We had the best time. The tea and the food tasted great and the decor is beautiful. It was the highlight of the trip for my out of town guest. We would definitely return.
