Located at 240 Moody Street in Waltham, Gustazo brings authentic Cuban flavors to the greater Boston dining scene. Its festive and original décor reflects the spirit of Havana, blending Spanish colonial architecture, 1950s nostalgia, and vibrant Cuban modern art. In the kitchen, modern interpretations of classic Cuban dishes are prepared daily using the finest available ingredients. His passion for cooking grew as explored the all the flavors and recipes of the Adriatic Sea which surrounded him. Sommelier, Jan, not only got us paired up with the perfect wine for our meal but also educated about a little-known, Umbria-region-specific grape that was included in the blend.
