We had an amazing time , the weather was perfect . The music played by the DJ created a great vibe. Our server was Fred and he made the whole evening very enjoyable , he had many recommendations and asked every question we had . All in all it was a great time !

Dinner at Hoogan & Beaufort was one of those meals that kept getting better with every course. Starting with the scallops was the right decision. The citrus, shishito, herbs, buttermilk, and green pea sauce brought freshness and complexity, yet the scallops remained the star—sweet, delicate, and incredibly fresh. The lobster ravioli was richer and more comforting, with the zucchini and zucchini blossom leaving a particularly strong impression. The highlight of the evening was the rib steak. The aroma of charcoal hit immediately, and the combination of aged beef and live fire was exceptional. The richness of the fat, the texture of the beef, and the thoughtful accompaniments all came together beautifully. What stood out throughout the meal was how much care was given to the vegetables. They never felt like an afterthought, but an essential part of each dish. The service was equally impressive. Warm, attentive, and genuine without ever feeling forced. Our server always seemed to appear exactly when we needed him, and the entire team was remarkably attentive while never being intrusive. A memorable meal with thoughtful cooking, excellent service, and a clear sense of identity. I'll definitely be back.

We had an amazing experience! The food was excellent, the service impeccable. The wine pairings went perfectly alongside the tasting menu. I highly recommend this restaurant!
