They have partnered with Williams Event Group to bring the city a vibrant summer series that serves up your favorite vegan based dishes, refreshing cocktails, and fun entertainment from 8-11PM every Thursday of the summer!! With mouthwatering specials including Puerto Rican Punch and Korean ‘Beef’ Tacos, outdoor seating options, and a DJ series that guarantees pulsating music by DJ Dame Williams and Friends, attendees can grab the irresistible Grande Margarita, enjoy the lively energy and make it their ultimate summer hangout. We had ourselves a time at their preview and I cannot wait to come back already! Bar Bombón is one of my fave places to grab food and drinks with friends in the city - and it just happens to be 100% vegan. The drinks? Always expertly made, and taste amazing every time. The food? Absolutely wonderful. I always get the Guacamole that pairs so perfectly with the salty housemade chips. The Street Corn cannot be missed and it has the best little kick to it. The Nachos are INSANELY tasty and perfect for sharing! And Bar Bombón may have the best Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos in the entire city. Of course, you can’t skip dessert, and the Tres Leches is phenomenal here. I also tried the Bananas Foster Empanadas, which were decadent and a MUST try! You honestly can’t go wrong with any menu item here, and I promise you, the flavors here will have you coming back time and time again.
