The karaage had that juicy crispy, and that ponzu gel goes well with it. The cucumber escabeche on the side hit a little different, opposed to the pickled onions on the veduras I felt the karaage was more generous in proportion, so I at least wanted to try the picarones. Those were like, peruvian andagi, and chewy. Drinkwise, I'm a fan of coconut so coco chiquita is pretty good. There was a custom daquiri that had me thinking fruit loops (not right away though).
