I had the solterito and the karaage pollo. The sauce at the base of the solterito had that amazing tang to it. The karaage had that juicy crispy, and that ponzu gel goes well with it. The cucumber escabeche on the side hit a little different, opposed to the pickled onions on the veduras I felt the karaage was more generous in proportion, so I at least wanted to try the picarones. Those were like, peruvian andagi, and chewy. Drinkwise, I'm a fan of coconut so coco chiquita is pretty good. There was a custom daquiri that had me thinking fruit loops (not right away though). The shizuku garden might be in its own category, cuz that drink was amazing.
